Flourish & Flow Kick-off

Op maandag 22 januari 11:30 – 12:00 uur presenteert SURF de Kick-off van het Flourish & Flow programma met Olympisch zilveren medaillewinnaar hockey Floris Evers.

Onderzoek laat zien dat mensen die goed zorgen voor hun welzijn meer floreren en beter presteren dan mensen die dat niet doen. Dit geldt op werk, in de sport, op school en in het leger. Floreren wil niet zeggen dat je de hele dag blij moet zijn of dat je alleen maar bezig bent met presteren. Maar was is floreren dan wel? Tijdens de Kick-off van Flourish & Flow neemt Floris Evers je mee in de wereld van Flourish & Flow.

In het drieweekse Flourish & Flow programma gaan we aan de hand van vele wetenschappelijke onderzoeken, jarenlange ervaringen in het bedrijfsleven en de topsport alles in het werk stellen om jou (nog meer) te laten floreren. Je volgt interactieve webinars met experts, maakt prikkelende EnergyBoosters en vindt verdiepende content in de Academy van EnergyPlatform.
